All you need for this simple recipe is a high-speed blender and a cheesecloth/nut milk bag.
- 50g Cashew Nuts
- 35g Oats
- 15g Dessicated Coconut
- 2 Pitted Dates (Optional)
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1l Cold Water

Step One – You may choose to soak your cashews, oats and coconut overnight to ensure a creamier outcome, but this is not neccesary.
Step Two – Add all ingredients into your blender (we use a vitamix for it’s incredible power and reliability)
Step Three – Blend on a medium speed for 15 seconds, increasing to full power for an additional 30 – 45 seconds. Ensure all ingredients have incorporated, repeat step three if neccesary.
Step Four – Pour through your nut milk bag, cheese cloth or fine sieve. Do not squeeze the bag too hard as this will allow small fragments to fall through. Check the consistency of your ‘milk’ and repeat step four if you are unhappy with the consistency.
Voila, simple nut milk in four steps!
