In 2004 after my second heart failureCampbell and the Chinese Study, The LifeCo in Istanbul, The Hippocrates InstituteI am a Vegan Chef, Cookbook Writer, International Speaker and Ambassador for Plant Based Food Don’t know really, but probably President of the United States? According to what I can witness today anybody can get the job
No idea. Never had the curiosity to check the origin of my name… is this bad? Can I still pass the test? This is a very tricky one, the camera quality and lenses are of course making the difference but the most important advice I guess is to use day light, no flash, but I am first a cook not a photographer, my next advice will be to ask this question to a food photographerI will certainly not cook one meal if the world is coming to an end, I think I will prefer to open a bottle of Champagne like a Shaman 13 Rosé Grand Cru or a bottle of Fleury Rosé, or my favourite white wine, Nicolas Joly Les Vieux Clos…Jesus, Buddha and Allah? Vegan is not a religion, it is all about health but I would really like to talk to those 3 guys and ask them to change a lot of things in our modern society to make sure that nobody dies anymore for religious beliefs, and let’s talk to them also about eating animals… Vegan is the most modern food available on the planet. Eating plant based food is not only guiding us on the road to health, but eating the right food help you to boost your energy, immune system and prevent most of the nasty sicknesses we suffer from when eating the wrong food. I don’t want to age in pain, I want to age gracefully and die one day being as healthy as possible. We are what we eat! Remember that one? Never compromise with the freshness and the quality of the ingredients. Don’t buy meat or fish replicas. Plant based food is all about indulging healthy food. Study plant based diet, read, inform yourself, you have to learn how and where to source proteins, vitamins, enzymes, minerals, chlorophyll, all available in fresh plants. When you understand vegan diet you don’t need to buy supplements. Think always about your health first.
